Attorney
Cristina P. Valentine is an Associate Attorney at Lagomarsino Law. She represents plaintiffs in civil rights, employment, wrongful death, and tort litigation with a focus on holding public and private institutions accountable for constitutional violations, systemic neglect and abuse, discrimination, and harassment. During her time with Lagomarsino Law, Cristina has contributed to significant settlements, verdicts, and published decisions at the trial and appellate levels, challenging qualified immunity and demanding constitutional accountability.
Cristina earned her J.D. and graduated cum laude with a concentration in workplace law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she served as Business Editor of the Nevada Law Journal and competed on the mock trial team. She externed for the Honorable Jennifer A. Dorsey and the Honorable Andrew P. Gordon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, gaining valuable legal writing experience. Prior to law school, she worked in client services and operations for a wealth management firm while completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from California State University, Los Angeles.
